Where do you ship to?
We are shipping in UK and European Countries at the moment.

What are your shipping costs?
Shipping to the UK and other European countries is free by international carrier. For Sweden, Norway Danemark and Finland shipping cost is £15.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vesoto order which is why we have a clearly defined Returns policy.

What is your return policy?
All Vesoto deliveries should be opened in front of the courier so that you can verify that you are happy with them.
In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged, please take a picture of the damaged wine rack and email it to email info@vesoto.com or speak directly to one of our Customer Service representatives.

All returns must be sent back to Vesoto within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Please return you item in the packet to the return address with a copy of your receipt, stating whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

We sorry that that we cannot cover return postage costs unless the product has been opened in front of the courier and delivery refused.

Refunds
Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed within 10 days. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
