Absolutely. Each Vesoto wine rack is hand crafted and hand assembled by artisans in Italy. The materials used are 100% wood (fir and spruce) and have been sustainably and responsibly sourced from the Amarone region. As in all natural wood products, there will be small variations such as knots, small holes. Details which only add to the beauty and individuality of the finished product.


Yes, Vesoto is hand crafted in a small atelier near Verona in Italy. These ‘artisans of wood’ have been perfecting their craft since 1928.


Vesoto is a 100% hand crafted and hand assembled product. Each rack is unique, made from 100% natural wood and produced by artisans from the Valpantena valley in the famous winemaking region of Amarone. Assembling a signature Vesoto rack is 6 step process with quality and craftsmanship being assured from start to finish.


Yes. Your Versoto wine rack is a 100% natural product, made exclusively from locally and responsibly sourced fir spruce. As wood is a natural product, it is prone to minor imperfections such as knots, grains etc – elements that we believe only add to the natural beauty and vitality of this high quality product.


Payments

We accept payment by all forms of credit and debit card including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The gateway is Paypal, you can pay with your Paypal account or with the credit card.


Orders

It’s easy and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. You’ll receive an email when you place your order to confirm that it has been placed. You’ll then receive updates about the status of your order so you know when it has been dispatched and when to expect delivery. You can also log in to view the status of your order.


Very quickly. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 days of your placing the order.


If you’ve registered your details with us, simply go to your account page and you can make any changes you need there. If you haven’t registered, contact us directly here and we can make any changes for you.


Orders are sent out to the UK and European countries using the most famous international couriers.


Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with its tracking number. You can then track its delivery.


Your Vesoto order is a piece of handmade artisan craft. As a result we ask that you open your delivery in the presence of the courier to confirm that it has been received intact. If your item has been damaged in transit, please see our Returns procedures.


Shipping & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vesoto order. Please find our full Shipping and Returns information here. If your Vesoto product is opened or damaged on delivery then we will, of course, organise a refund for you.

We are shipping in UK and European Countries at the moment.


Shipping to the UK and other European countries is free by international carrier. For Sweden, Norway Danemark and Finland shipping cost is £15.


All Vesoto deliveries should be opened in front of the courier so that you can verify that you are happy with them.
In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged, please take a picture of the damaged wine rack and email it to email info@vesoto.com or speak directly to one of our Customer Service representatives.

All returns must be sent back to Vesoto within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Please return you item in the packet to the return address with a copy of your receipt, stating whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

We sorry that we cannot cover return postage costs unless the product has been opened in front of the courier and delivery refused.

Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed within 10 days. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
